Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Use a personalized, needs-based approach to educate customers on insurance options that best fit their needs.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and promote the right products and services.
Requirements
- A genuine interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, speak, and write clearly.
- A people-oriented mindset with an eye for detail.
- Proactive in identifying solutions and solving problems.
- Comfortable learning new technology and using computer systems.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others.
- Willing to obtain Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health Licensing
